We have received several questions from Flight Attendants who want to ensure they receive a ballot to vote in the TWU Local 577 Executive Board Elections. We want all eligible Allegiant Air Flight Attendants to participate in the election, so we want to explain the steps Flight Attendants on TDY need to take so they receive their ballots.

If you are on a TDY, or anticipate being on a TDY during the election, you should change your physical, mailing address on the TWU website to your temporary address as soon as possible. If you are unable to do that, you may submit a duplicate ballot request after ballots have been mailed. You would then request the duplicate be mailed to your temporary address. Please understand, If you request and submit more than one ballot, the last ballot that was requested and received will be the one counted.

The address listed below is the one we have on file for you. If this address appears incorrect for any reason, or if you have a preferred address you’d like to use, please update your information on the website. Changes to physical mailing addresses may be made with TWU through June 22, 2018.

{{ Address | default: ‘We do not have a street address on file for you.’ }}
{{ City | default: ‘We do not have a city on file for you.’ }}, {{ StateAbbr | default: ‘We do not have a state on file for you.’ }}  {{ ZipCode | default: ‘We do not have a zip code on file for you.’ }}

If you have any questions about this process, or if you have any issues receiving your ballot once they are sent out, please do not hesitate to reach out to me at Local577elections@twu.org.

In Unity,
Robert Payne
