In order to hold upcoming elections, TWU Local 577 will need four Members to serve as a neutral Election Committee. The TWU Local 577 Election Committee will consist of one Chairperson, two Members and one Alternate.

The TWU Local 577 Election Committee will be responsible for coordinating with the TWU International and our third party election company to run the upcoming TWU Local 577 officer election. The responsibilities will include scheduling the election, taking nominations, confirming nominations, answering election questions, overseeing the tabulation of ballots, and certifying the election results.

In order to qualify to serve on the TWU Local 577 Election Committee, you must be a Member in good standing and not running for or endorsing any candidate(s) running for office. If you would like to serve on the TWU Local 577 Election Committee, please submit your letter of interest by April 26, 2018 at 6:00 P.M., EDT (3:00 P.M., PDT) by completing the form below. The TWU Local 577 Election Committee will be selected from all qualified candidates by the TWU International Administrative Committee.
